Welcome to the D3X Affiliate Program. These guidelines explain how to promote D3X responsibly, protect our brand, and remain eligible for commissions.
1. General Promotion Rules
Affiliates may promote D3X only in a truthful, professional, and brand-safe manner.
You may:
Use official D3X product images, videos, logos, and approved brand materials.
Share your honest experience and opinion about D3X.
Direct customers to d3x.health or your assigned affiliate link or code.
Create original content featuring D3X, provided it remains accurate and compliant.
You may not:
Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved health or medical claims.
Claim that D3X diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or medical condition.
Use D3X trademarks, brand terms, or misspellings in paid search ads without prior written approval.
Create fake, misleading, or unauthorized discount codes or promotions.
Spam links, post in irrelevant communities, or use deceptive traffic methods.
Alter, distort, or misuse D3X logos, packaging, product images, or other brand assets.
Suggest that you are an employee, representative, or official spokesperson of D3X unless explicitly authorized in writing.
2. Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules, including advertising disclosure requirements.
This includes:
clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship where required, including with terms such as #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate
following all applicable FTC endorsement and advertising rules
avoiding non-compliant supplement or health claims
D3X reserves the right to review affiliate content and require edits or removal of any content that does not meet these standards.
3. Commissions and Eligibility
Affiliates earn commissions only on qualified sales tracked and attributed through the D3X affiliate program.
The following are not eligible for commission:
refunded orders
canceled orders
chargebacks
fraudulent transactions
self-referrals
transactions generated through prohibited promotional methods
Subscription-related commissions, where applicable, are governed by the affiliate’s assigned offer and current program terms.
D3X reserves the right to reverse commissions that were credited in error or generated in violation of these guidelines.
4. Approval and Participation
All affiliates are subject to review and approval by D3X.
We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove affiliates at our discretion, including for reasons such as:
poor brand fit
low-quality or deceptive traffic
non-compliant messaging
misuse of D3X intellectual property
violation of these guidelines or other program terms
Participation in the D3X Affiliate Program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or exclusive partnership relationship.
5. Brand Standards
D3X should be presented in a way that is accurate, credible, and consistent with the brand.
Affiliates should avoid:
overly aggressive sales language
sensational health claims
misleading before-and-after style messaging
content that could damage the reputation of the brand
When in doubt, use only approved D3X materials and contact us before publishing.
6. Updates
D3X may update these guidelines from time to time. Continued participation in the program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.

By applying to or participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

affiliate account information, including referral links, tracking data, and performance metrics
payment and tax information needed to process commissions

This information may be collected through Refersion, our affiliate platform provider, and through direct communications with D3X.
2. How We Use Information
We may use affiliate information to:
create and manage affiliate accounts
track referrals, clicks, and sales
calculate and process commission payments
communicate program updates, support information, and compliance matters
prevent fraud, investigate misuse, and enforce program terms
improve the administration and performance of the affiliate program
We do not sell affiliate personal information.
3. Sharing of Information
We may share affiliate information with service providers and third parties only as reasonably necessary to operate the Program, including:
Refersion, for affiliate tracking and program administration
payment providers such as PayPal, for commission processing
legal, regulatory, or government authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights
We do not sell, rent, or trade affiliate information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and Tracking
The D3X Affiliate Program uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through Refersion to attribute referrals, clicks, and qualifying sales to affiliate accounts.
Tracking and attribution are subject to the program’s active settings at the time of the referral. Attribution may be affected if cookies are cleared, another device is used, or a purchase occurs outside the applicable attribution window.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect affiliate information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain affiliate information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Program, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Your Rights and Requests
Affiliates may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. We may retain certain information where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued participation in the Program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
